Role: Bench Sales Recruiter

Work from Office Only - Night Shift
Roles and Responsibility:
- Good understanding on the various technologies in IT Recruitment and broad understanding on how the market works, etc.
- Should have understanding about the hot IT skills and various technologies in the market.
- Must be able to identify suitable requirements from various job boards, social networking sites and apply for consultants.
- Marketing the consultant resumes of different skill sets and placing them mainly on C2C basis.
- Experience in working with C2C Hiring, US citizens, GC, H1B, EAD and OPT preferred. Gathering requirements for consultants from Tier-1 Vendors of clients.
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement..
- Submit the candidates for the suitable positions and follow up with Vendors on Phone regarding the rates and client interviews.
